If there is a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back with your receipt. Unused or defective items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of your purchase. E-bikes may be returned as long as there is no added mileage and in new condition. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for all E-bikes. Merchandise returned that appears used will not be accepted.
